Moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nucleolar positivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Liver cancers and several ovarian and skin cancers were strongly stained. Lymphomas as well as several lung and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous immunoreactivity was observed in several cases of colorectal, breast, liver and gastric cancers. Occasional cases of pancreatic cancers showed strong membranous positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Most of the cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Gliomas, lymphomas, urothelial, head & neck and renal cancers were negative.
