Moderate nuclear positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Hematopoietic cells, thyroid and ganglion cells were strongly stained. Stomach, duodenum, renal tubules, lung, ovary and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed additional cytoplasmic positivity. Heart myocytes, glial cells, Purkinje cells, liver and pancreas were weakly stained or negative.
