Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Colon and distal renal tubules exhibited strong immunoreactivity which also was observed in intercalated discs of cardiac muscle. Cells in CNS were in general negative while the neuropil displayed moderate positivity.
