Moderate nuclear staining was observed in a fraction of cells, presumably in active cells. Strong positivity was observed in gastrointestinal glands, trophoblastic cells, germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues and basal cells in squamous epithelium. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
HPA001164
A subset of hematopoietic cells, squamous epithelia, duodenum and the lymphoid tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity. Breast, salivary gland, seminal vesicle and urothelium, gallbladder, bile duct cells, cardiac myocytes and pneumocytes exhibited moderate membranous and/or cytoplasmic staining.
Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
CAB000058
Moderate to strong nuclear positivity was displayed in leukocytes in several tissues, in hematopoietic cells, in a large subset of cells in stratum spinosum of most squamous epithelia, subsets of cells in seminiferous ducts, and in small fractions of glandular cells in female genitalia. Most remaining cells were negative.
CAB068198
Germinal center cells along with subset of cells in squamous epithelium, intestinal glands, non-germinal center cells and cells in red pulp showed strong nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in subset of renal tubules. Thyroid was moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
