Macrophages were strongly stained. The gastrointestinal tract, bladder and squamous epithelia displayed moderate staining of cytoplasm and weaker staining of the nuclei. Subsets of cells in renal tubules showed distinct staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.

Nuclear and cytoplasmic stining with moderate to strong intensity was observed in the gastrointestinal tract, lymphoid cells, squamous and respiratory epithelia as well as subsets of cells in renal tubules. Macrophages showed distinct staining. Muscle, endocrine cells and most cells in the CNS were weakly stained or negative.
