Few cases of gliomas displayed moderate nuclear membrane positivity in fraction of cells and few cases of other cancers showed dot-like cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancers were negative.
A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in malignant melanomas and occasional cases in other malignancies e.g. colorectal and lung cancers. Renal cancers were negative.
Granular cytoplasmic staining in all cancer tissues at variable intensities from weak to strong.
