Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in nerve fibers and subsets of cells in inner nuclear layer in retina. Peripheral nerve /ganglion in colon, thyroid and a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts, cardiac muscle, exocrine pancreas and prostate showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with often granular pattern. A subset of cells in breast and renal tubules displayed luminal membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
