Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Adrenocortical cells, colon, gallbladder, rectum, neuronal cells of cerebral cortex and germinal center cells of tonsil were strongly positive. Glial cells, squamous epithelia, smooth muscle cells and soft tissues were negative.

Hematopoietic cells, lung macrophages and adrenal gland along with subset of lymphoid cells and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Hepatocytes, thyroid, renal tubules, ovarian follicles and neuronal cells were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
