Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Hepatocytes, Leydig cells in testis, adrenal cortical glands and subsets of neuronal cells were strongly stained. Skeletal muscle showed distinct membranous staining.

Respiratory epithelia and subsets of renal tubules showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Endocrine glands, subsets of cells in the fallopian tube and cells in seminiferous ducts showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
