A majority of cancer tissues were negative. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in some testicular-, endometrial-, urothelial- and skin cancers.
Most cancer cells displayed moderate to strong membranous staining. Renal cancers and lymphomas were negative as well as most cases of melanomas, breast cancers, gastric and pancreatic cancers.
Prostate, colorectal, hepatocellular and endometrial cancers as well as a few cases in other cancer tissues showed distinct membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
Cancer cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often combined with a membranous pattern.
