Staining summary
HPA052507 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Placental trophoblasts along with subset of lymphoid cells and hematopoietic cells were strongly stained. Squamous epithelial cells, bile ducts, red pulp of spleen, adipocytes, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
HPA060900 Majority normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong positivity. Liver, islets of Langerhans, parathyroid, kidney, adrenal, parathyroid, breast and the glial cells along with lymphoid tissues were negative.
