Follicular adenocarcinomas of thyroid showed strong membranous staining. A few cases of melanomas, embryonal carcinoma of testis, duct carcinomas of breast and skin cancers displayed weak to moderate positivity. Remaining cancer cells were negative.
Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Nuclear positivity was showed in colorectal cancers. Several cases of colorectal and breast cancers along with occasional cases of prostate, ovarian and endometrial cancers were strongly positive. Most of the cases of lymphomas, lung and renal cancers were negative.
