Most malignant tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Among cancers, colo-rectal cancers, testicular cancers, malignant lymphomas and few cases of malignant gliomas and thyroid cancers displayed strong positivity in granular pattern.
A majority of malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several malignant gliomas, lymphomas, testicular, renal and skin cancers were negative.
Most malignant showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in most liver cancers while several malignant lymphomas were negative.
