Normal tissues displayed cytoplasmic staining with varying intensity. Strong staining was observed in Paneth cells in the intestine, a subset of exocrine pancreatic cells, thyroid gland and skeletal muscle. Neurons in CNS, trophoblasts and a subset of lymphoid cells displayed moderate positivity. Remaining normal cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
