Surface epithelial cells and glandular cells exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous positivity. Lymphoid cells were generally negative, only subtypes of cells displayed distinct staining.

In normal tissues, renal tubuli showed strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Distinct staining was also observed in syncytiotrophoblasts in the placenta and smooth muscle. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
