Most cancer tissues showed moderate to strong, granular cytoplasmic positivity. Several urothelial cancers, gliomas along with few skin, breast, cervical cancers and renal cell carcinomas were generally weakly stained or negative.
Fraction of tumor cells in few cases of colorectal and stomach cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining while carcinoid and testis cancers showed moderate positivity. Few cases of pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in a fraction of tumor cells. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
