Strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in renal glomeruli, endothelial cells and a fraction of smooth muscle cells. Subsets of cells in gastric glands, bone marrow poietic cells and seminal vesicle showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate nuclear staining was showed in lymphoid cells outside reaction centra and white pulp of spleen. Moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous immunoreactivity was observed in heart muscle, alveolar cells, placental trophoblastic cells and thyroid. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Salivary gland, exocrine pancreas, Leydig cells and epididymis were strongly stained. Glial cells were negative.
