Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear or membranous staining in several cases. Strong staining was observed in lung macrophages, salivary gland, smooth muscle cells and oral mucosa. Alveolar cells, liver, pancreas, prostate and glial cells were negative.
