Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Skeletal myocytes, Leydig cells and gall bladder were strongly stained. Intercalated discs of heart myocytes were moderately stained. Squamous epithelial cells, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.
