Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in cardiac myocytes whereas skeletal muscle displayed moderate membranous staining. Smooth muscle exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Normal tissues in general were negative.
