Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in smooth muscle, skeletal myocytes and a subset of cells in bronchus and stomach. Squamous epithelia, adrenal cortex, kidney, endometrial glands, breast and myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. A small fraction of cells in seminiferous ducts exhibited strong nuclear staining. Plasma was distinctly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
