Staining summary
HPA035127 Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in smooth muscle cells. Alveolar cells, bile ducts, pancreas, uterine glands and spleen were negative.
HPA035128 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear or membranous positivity. Moderate nuclear staining was exhibited in cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in heart and skeletal myocytes. Lung, stomach, liver, prostate, pancreas, glial cells, lymphoid tissues and smooth muscle cells were negative.
