Staining summary
HPA035516 Most normal tissues exhibited weak to moderate nuclear positivity, with additional cytoplasmic positivity in several cases. A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining, and Leydig cells displayed strong nuclear staining. Parathyroid gland, bile duct cells, and a subset of lymphoid tissue were negative.
HPA035517 Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in combination with nuclear staining in several tissues. The small intestine and fractions of neuronal cells were strongly stained.
