Renal tubules, follicles in ovary and trophoblastic cells in placenta showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Neuronal cells, gastrointestinal tract, nasopharynx, cells in seminiferus ducts, glandular cells in adrenal, parathyroid, cervix and cardiomyocytes showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in few cells. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Most normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. The gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder and kidney glomeruli were strongly stained. Cells in CNS were generally negative.
