Staining summary
HPA060991 Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in a few tissues. Lymphoid tissues, bile duct cells and trophoblastic cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA063556 Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Purkinje cells, glial cells, placenta, cells in seminiferus ducts and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
CAB017690 A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic or membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in distal renal tubules, endometrial glands, gall and urinary bladder. Basal cells in squamous epithelia and prostate were distinctly stained. Hepatocytes, pancreas, lymphoid and cells in CNS were negative.
