Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Gastrointestinal glands, gall bladder, adrenal cortex and subset of lymphoid cells were strongly stained. Cells in seminiferous ducts of testis showed strong nuclear positivity. Hepatocytes, and Purkinje cells exhibited cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining.
