Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in hepatocytes and in glandular cells of stomach, pancreas and epididymis. In vulva/anal skin, a membranous positivity was found, while gallbladder and testis showed nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Respiratory epithelia, gastric parietal cells and epididymis showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Pancreas, thyroid gland, gall bladder, renal tubules and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Most of the remaining normal tissues were generally negative or weakly stained.
