Strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract, seminal vesicle and prostate. Exocrine pancreas, renal tubules, urothelium, endometrial glands and breast showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, neuronal cells along with subsets of lymphoid cells glial cells were strongly stained. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in respiratory epithelia, intestinal glands, Purkinje cells and gall bladder. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
