Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract, airway epithelium, gallbladder and cells in ductus seminiferus of testis. Endothelial cells were distinctly stained. Neuronal cells, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were generally negative.
