Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity and occasional nuclear staining. Gastrointestinal tract, renal tubules, seminal vesicle and cells in molecular layer of cerebellum exhibited strong positivity. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in epididymis. Bile ducts, breast, placenta, cells in seminiferous ducts, myocytes and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
