Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. The intestine, renal tubuli, airway epithelium and trophoblastic cells exhibited strong membranous positivity. Exocrine pancreas and a subset of lymphoid cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Squamous epithelia, cells in the CNS and liver were mainly negative.
