Malignant cells generally showed weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic staining and occasional nuclear positivity. Testicular cancers and a few cases of thyroid, lung and liver cancers showed distinct nuclear staining. Malignant lymphomas and renal cancers as well as several cases of gastric cancers, skin cancers, malignant melanomas and gliomas were negative.
Malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of liver cancers along with a few cases of malignant melanomas showed strong positivity. Testicular cancers were weakly stained or negative.
