Renal tubules, cells in seminiferus ducts and skeletal myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. The lung, gastrointestinal glands, gallbladder and Leydig cells showed moderate staining. Plasma and extracellular matrix were positive. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Stomach and myoepithelial cells of breast displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Epididymis, fallopian tube and renal glomeruli showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was observed in a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Respiratory epithelia, endothelial cells, melanocytes, Purkinje cells and heart myocytes exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Thyroid gland, keratinocytes, epididymis, prostate and subset of renal tubules were strongly stained. Purkinje cells, pneumocytes, glandular cells of breast, ovary, placental trophoblastic cells, germinal center cells and adipocytes were negative.
