Weak to moderate nuclear staining was observed in a majority of malignant cells. Malignant gliomas exhibited strong staining. Skin, testicular and prostate cancers were in mainly negative.
Most cancers exhibited moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Testicular cancers and several cases of melanomas, stomach and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative.
