Staining summary
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most normal tissues. Additional membranous positivity was observed in for example pancreas and gall bladder. Glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract, trophoblasts and heart muscle showed strong cytoplasmic. Respiratory and squamous epithelia, liver, endometrium and smooth muscle cells were generally negative.
