Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic which was combined with additional nuclear staining in many cases. Gall bladder, renal tubules, ovarian follicle cells, fallopian tube and seminiferus duct cells were strongly stained. Glial cells, trophoblasts, breast, lung, prostate and muscle were weakly stained or negative.
