Most normal tissues showed cytoplasmic positivity with varying intensity. Cells in gastrointestinal tract and skin, Purkinje cells, and subsets of hematopoietic cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Other lymphoid tissues, muscle tissues, male and female genitalia were weakly stained or negative.
