Staining summary
Most normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmicstaining with a granular pattern. Gastric parietal cells, the small intestine, renal tubuli, adrenal gland and heart muscle exhibited strong immunoreactivity. A majority of cells in the CNS ans lymphoid tissues were negative.
