Staining summary
Distal tubules showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate nucleolar positivity was observed in Purkinje cells, neuronal cells and subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Leydig cells exhibited additional cytoplasmic staining. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in smooth muscle and peripheral nerves/ganglion cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
