The small intestine, colon and renal tubules showed strong positivity in luminal membranes while gastric parietal cells and gallbladder displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Rectum, exocrine pancreas, heart muscle and Leydig cells displayed moderate positivity. Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in astrocytes. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
