Most malignant cells showed moderate nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic positivity. Most testicular cancers and several cases of urothelial, skin, endometrial, cervical and colorectal cancers displayed strong positivity. Renal cancers were negative.
Most testicular cancers displayed strong nuclear positivity. Skin cancers along with several malignant lymphomas, melanomas, urothelial and colorectal cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
