Most of the normal cells showed moderate nuclear staining which often was combined with membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Renal tubules displayed strong membranous staining while glial cells and skeletal muscle were strongly stained in nuclei and cytoplasm. The lung, liver, pancreatic islets, skin and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Most of the remaining tissues displayed weak to moderate staining.
