Staining summary
Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in Purkinje cells, endometrial glands, thyroid and placenta decidual cells. A subset of seminiferous ducts cells showed moderate nuclear staining. Stomach, islets of Langerhans, spleen and muscle cells were negative.
