Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Basal cells in skin, skeletal and heart muscle displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. The adrenal gland, renal tubules and cells in seminiferous ducts showed additional nuclear staining. Bile duct cells, renal glomeruli, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
