Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Subset of cells in intestinal tract, renal tubules, lung macrophages, myoepithelial cells, plasma and fraction of cells in seminiferous ducts showed strong staining. Decidual cells, prostate, spleen and tonsil were negative.

Gastrointestinal tract, bronchus, hepatocytes, kidney, exocrine pancreas, adrenal gland, squamous epithelia, postmenopausal uterine glands, cervix, heart muscle and seminal vesicle showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity in fraction of cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
