Staining summary
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in normal tissues. Distal tubules, salivary ducts, basal layers of squamous epithelia, Leydig cells, follicle cells in ovary, heart myocytes and seminal vesicle were strongly positive. Oral mucosa, renal glomeruli and glial cells were negative.
