Most of the normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often in a granular pattern. Stomach, seminal vesicle and prostate were strongly stained. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in renal tubules. The lung, liver, cells of CNS, lymphoid tissues, hematopoietic cells, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
