Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Neuronal cells showed additional nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was seen in hepatocytes, fibroblasts and cells in seminiferus ducts. Glial cells of CNS were negative.
