Most of the normal cells displayed moderate nucleolar/nuclear positivity witch in many cell types was combined with additional cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas, placental trophoblasts, cells in seminiferous ducts and neuronal cells in CNS except Purkinje cells. Glial cells, breast, pancreatic islet cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
