Strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in enteroendocrine cells, adrenal medulla, islets of Langerhans and ovarian follicles. Parathyroid gland showed membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Chondrocytes and renal tubules and subsets of neuronal cells displayed moderate staining. Other normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
